Car Park Attendant - Westfield North Lakes

Join our fun and dynamic team at Westfield North Lakes as a Car Park Attendant. Your role will involve creating an exceptional parking experience that ensures seamless and enjoyable visits for customers.

This position focuses on assisting customers, managing entry and exit points, and maintaining a well-presented parking environment. You will be proactive, hands-on, and attentive to customer needs to leave a positive impression and encourage repeat visits.

Day-to-day Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional service to customers and retailers to enhance their experience.
  • Manage traffic flow and direct vehicles to ensure smooth parking, especially during peak times.
  • Conduct routine patrols to keep the car park clean, well-lit, and organized, including tidying shopping carts.
  • Assist customers and retailers with parking inquiries, providing clear guidance and support.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve the overall customer experience.

This is a casual role on a 7-day rotating roster, with a focus on weekend shifts.

What You Need
  • Friendly, approachable, and positive attitude with a passion for customer service.
  • Good listening skills, quick thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in customer-facing roles such as retail, hospitality, or parking services.
  • Valid driver's license (full or provisional).
