Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled Digital Transformation Lead to oversee the management of our website implementation and key digital initiatives.

This leadership role will see you manage one direct report, hold accountability for internal and external relationships, develop and implement a digital strategy, and provide guidance to the project team on website development.

Your key responsibilities will be to:

  • Manage projects that support the successful implementation of a new website, including content transition and user experience
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and lead the implementation of the digital marketing strategy
  • Develop processes for monitoring and optimising digital channels, identifying areas for growth
  • Prepare reports by analysing data, including website performance and competitor trends
  • Set leadership standards through values-based leadership and promote values-based behaviours

Requirements for Success:

- 5+ years' proven experience in digital marketing or web development, including design, development, and deployment expertise

- Demonstrated experience with whole-of-business website transformation

- Familiarity with content management systems and working knowledge in HTML/CSS, SQL, and JavaScript

- Understanding of UX (user experience) design and A/B testing to improve performance

- Strong analytical abilities and creative problem-solving skills

- Experience managing digital projects across various channels, from brief through execution and post-analysis
