About the Role

This is a client-facing position where you will serve as a trusted business advisor, collaborating with clients to provide innovative solutions to their most challenging business problems. As a consultant, you will work with clients to develop solutions that excel at user experience, style, performance, reliability, and scalability, with the goal of reducing costs and improving profit and shareholder value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, automate, and release solutions based on clients' priorities and requirements.
  • Explore and discover risks and resolving issues that affect release scope, schedule, and quality, and bring potential solutions to the table.
  • Ensure that all integration solutions meet client specifications and are delivered on time.

Requirements

  • 4-5 years of implementation experience in HCM Payroll, with strong functional and technical expertise in HCM payroll modules, including payroll processing, tax management, time and labor, and absence management.
  • Experience in gathering business requirements, providing conceptual and detailed designs to meet business needs, performing necessary SAP configurations, writing detailed specifications for the development of custom programs, testing, and coordination of transports to production.
  • Ability to create requirement specifications based on architecture/design/detailing of processes and working experience on HCM Forms.
  • Functional exposure with HCM, HRMS, payroll software solutions, and strong knowledge in SAP HCM Payroll control center. Generate payroll reports and provide analysis on payroll data as needed.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll, including salary calculations, deductions, and tax withholdings. Stay updated on changes in payroll regulations and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Ability to interact with customers, with excellent communication skills.
  • Knowledge of integration points between HCM Payroll and other modules, such as core HR and benefits.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex payroll processes and translate them into system configurations. Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure accurate employee data and resolve any payroll discrepancies.
