Solar Operations Manager

About This Role:

- Drive profitable revenue growth through optimised operational capabilities

- Oversee daily technical and administrative operations

- Provide technical product knowledge on inverter / battery brands such as Fronius, Growatt, SolarEdge, Enphase, Goodwe, SMA and Tesla etc.

- Deliver operational efficiencies and exceptional customer experience during rapid growth periods

- Motivate, coach and manage staff members

- Improve and assist in administration and installation processes

- Manage operational costs

- Coordinate business operations

Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years Solar or comparable Operations experience

- Ability to manage priorities with a positive attitude and results-oriented focus

- Proven management and leadership ability

- Impeccable process and quality management skills

- Experience managing contractors with proven contractor management success

- Exceptional customer service skills with a customer-centric focus

- Strong negotiation skills

- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines

- Meet project deadlines and work towards KPIs
