Job Overview:
This role involves providing short-term residential mental health intervention for individuals residing in Banyule and Nillumbik. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting mental state and risk assessments, developing treatment plans, and supporting a multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide evidence-based interventions to support individuals with complex mental health needs.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Hold a postgraduate diploma in mental health or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrate strong clinical expertise and ability to work autonomously.
- Possess excellent communication skills and a commitment to excellence in patient care.
- Ability to work across a 7-day roster inclusive of weekends and public holidays.
