Job Title: Senior React Developer

We are seeking an experienced Senior React Developer to join our team in Sydney or remotely. The successful candidate will work with cross-functional teams to create high-quality web interfaces for big data offerings, leveraging their expertise in JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and frontend languages.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with data engineering and remote frontend teams to design and implement high-quality web interfaces.
  • Identify process improvements: automating manual processes, optimizing data delivery, redesigning infrastructure for greater scalability.
  • Diagnose, triage, and resolve defects in the frontend applications.
  • Coordinate with product management to estimate, refine, and plan the product roadmap for upcoming features and functionality.
  • Help improve the overall quality of our company's software.
  • Assess and implement new technologies and processes.
  • Mentor other team members.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience developing production-quality software.
  • In-depth knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and frontend languages.
  • Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles.
  • Knowledge of REACT tools including React.js, Webpack, Enzyme, Redux, and Flux.
  • Understanding and use of RESTful APIs.
  • Continuous integration/deployment toolsets/infrastructure as code.
  • End-to-End Test Automation experience.
  • Experience in creating test automation frameworks using tools such as node.js, pytest, and cypress.
