Job Title: Customer Success Specialist

Description

We are a fintech company looking for an ambitious Customer Success Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring our clients achieve their desired outcomes. This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly expanding company and make a significant impact.

Responsibilities:

  • Foster strong relationships with existing clients to ensure their continued satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve client engagement and retention rates.
  • Analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations for enhanced services.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and feedback.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field, with a strong preference for finance, economics, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in customer success or a similar role within the financial services or fintech industry.
  • Strong knowledge of foreign exchange markets and payment solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-centric, hardworking, and detail-oriented individual with a can-do attitude.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and another language will be highly regarded.
