The Opportunity

We are seeking a Reverse Logistics Team member to manage returned goods and support warehouse operations efficiently. This role involves processing, inspection, and documentation of stock while contributing to waste reduction and recovery efforts effectively.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with keen attention to detail and proactive problem-solving skills. Working closely with various teams, you'll help improve processes and enhance overall warehouse efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage receipt, inspection, and processing of returned and damaged goods in a timely manner.
  • Track and document returned stock accurately, ensuring seamless inventory management.
  • Identify opportunities to recycle or repurpose items sustainably.
  • Assess goods for defects, refurbishment, or disposal in accordance with company policies.
  • Follow company safety regulations and guidelines at all times.
  • Coordinate with warehouse teams to streamline processes, reducing waste and improving productivity.
  • Maintain records of stock movements and resolutions, providing valuable insights for future improvements.
  • Suggest enhancements to boost efficiency and recovery rates continuously.
  • Collaborate with suppliers, transport teams, and internal stakeholders effectively.
  • Support general warehouse tasks as needed, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
About You:
  • Experience in warehouse operations, preferably in reverse logistics, is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical skills for assessing and processing returned stock accurately.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills for effective collaboration across departments.
  • Understanding of inventory management principles and stock documentation procedures.
  • Physical fitness for manual handling tasks, including lifting and moving stock safely.
  • Experience with furniture handling is advantageous, but not essential.
  • Forklift license (current) is mandatory.
