Aircraft Maintenance Engineer - Avionics Job Description

Our team is seeking a skilled Aircraft Maintenance Engineer - Avionics to join our dynamic and innovative team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring maintenance performed on assigned aircraft meets the highest standards, in compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as National Aviation Authority (NAA) Regulations.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Ensure aircraft are maintained in accordance with relevant and current Instructions for Continued Airworthiness (ICA)
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to enhance their overall experience
  • Work efficiently to complete tasks in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with the Quality & Safety Team to ensure aviation quality, safety, and compliance with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Assign and supervise tasks for Aircraft Maintenance Engineers (AME) allocated to the job and monitor their progress and paperwork
  • Maintain a safe workspace for all employees and visitors to maintenance and engineering facilities

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in aircraft maintenance and modifications
  • Holding qualifications on light and medium Bell, Airbus, and Leonardo model Helicopters
  • CASA B2 license
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a busy environment
  • Good computer literacy and experience working with aircraft maintenance programs
