Job Summary:

The State of Queensland is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Coordinator to join our team at Darling Downs Health. As a Senior Coordinator, you will play a critical role in coordinating relief allocations for vital programs, working closely with rural health services to optimize and manage the placement of healthcare professionals across Queensland.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead by example and embody Darling Downs Health values
  • Manage state-wide Health Practitioner Workforce Programs for Breast Screen, Pharmacy, Radiography, and Allied Health
  • Ensure adherence to service quality standards and safety procedures
  • Proactively address the needs of a geographically diverse, multidisciplinary workforce
  • Coordinate clinical relieving services and resolve complex issues with strategic action plans
  • Coordinate travel and accommodation for practitioners, process claims, and maintain detailed reports to support program outcomes
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of internal systems, working collaboratively across Workforce Programs to enhance overall service delivery
