Position Overview

School Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an accomplished education professional to lead our co-educational pre-school in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background, complemented by at least 4 years of subsequent relevant experience and extensive expertise in management and leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the pre-school team to deliver high-quality educational programs for students from Preschool to Year 12.
  • Develop and implement policies to ensure the school meets its accreditation requirements.
  • Collaborate with teachers and staff to foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
  • NESA Accreditation and Working With Children Check (or eligibility to gain).
  • Working Rights for Australia (or eligible to gain) including WHV or Skilled Migrant Visa.
