About the Role

  • Provide a warm welcome and farewell to all guests and visitors
  • Efficiently handle guest luggage and ensure its safe transportation
  • Stay informed about daily activities, special events, and VIP arrivals
  • Assist with arrivals and departures processing and transfers
  • Maintain transport vehicles and buggies in a safe, clean, and operable condition
  • Respond to guest queries in a courteous and professional manner

About You

  • Previous experience in a similar role in a 4-5 Star Hotel or Resort
  • Excellent grooming and personal presentation
  • Able to provide exceptional service to each guest, treating them with a personal and refined level of attention
  • A current open manual QLD drivers licence (Essential)
  • Ability to obtain a Restricted Drivers Authorisation (RDA) (must have held drivers licence for at least 3 continuous years)
