Biometric Testing Specialist

This role requires a Biometric Testing Specialist to join our team and support the successful delivery of a biometric onboarding solution for our client. The specialist will work closely with the client, vendor, and technical teams to ensure high-quality outcomes through robust testing practices.

  • The specialist will define and execute test strategy and plans across SIT, integration, E2E, and UAT support with clear criteria.
  • The specialist will design and run test scenarios, data validations, and exception handling.
  • The specialist will support the defect lifecycle (log, triage, prioritise, retest, close).
  • The specialist will support go-live and conduct post-release checks to ensure timely issue identification and resolution.
