Emergency Support Specialist

Our Response Network is a critical component of our operation, providing in-person support to individuals who need help when they need it.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for experienced professionals from emergency services, military, and mental health sectors to contribute to empowering people to be at their best.
You will work as part of a casual responder network with the flexibility to enjoy your work-life balance with on-call capacity. The role involves working a flexible 24-hour on-call roster and assisting with various tasks such as stakeholder engagement, partnership relations, operational procedures, and emergency responses.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct stakeholder engagement to support business and operational outputs
- Nurture partnership relations, engagement, and training
- Provide input to operational procedures and network management
- Conduct emergency and non-emergency support responses to support the network of responders
The ideal candidate will have recent or current experience within emergency services, military, and/or security-related work and a strong local network. They will possess high self-awareness, motivation, and self-management, with ability to set priorities, act on key issues, and make quick decisions while displaying interpersonal sensitivity.
