Key Responsibilities:

  • Building rapport with customers and providing expert advice on tools and equipment
  • Processing sales transactions and maintaining a high level of accuracy
  • Supporting customer queries and offering solutions to meet their needs
  • Maintaining store displays and ensuring a well-presented store environment
  • Processing and maintaining customer orders
