Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused Retail Assistant to join our Fyshwick DFO team. As a Retail Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, educating customers about our products, and working collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist customers in selecting products that meet their needs and provide product information and demonstrations
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and meet customer needs
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on new products and promotions
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive team environment and support colleagues in achieving their goals
Requirements
  • Previous retail sales experience in a similar customer-facing role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including evenings and weekends
