Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering exceptional patient care - ensuring patients always feel welcome and supported, especially when working with children.
  • Proactively contributing to the smooth running of the practice - working closely with practitioners and the wider team to identify areas for improvement.
  • Managing social media presence and engaging with our online community.
  • Providing comprehensive training and orientation for new staff members.

Requirements:

  • Experience as a senior dental receptionist, preferably with a Certificate III or IV in Dental Assisting.
  • A bright, engaging personality with enthusiasm and commitment to delivering excellent patient care.
  • A strong team player who can work effectively with our talented dentists and support staff.
  • Experience with EXACT software is desirable but not essential.
