Key Responsibilities- Display Creation and Maintenance: Design, build, and maintain visually appealing point-of-sale displays in-store to effectively showcase products and drive sales.
- Store Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with store managers and team members to ensure effective completion of tasks and achieve business objectives.
- Reporting and Communication: Utilize our StoreTrack App to report tasks and provide high-quality photos to ensure seamless communication and collaboration with the team.
- Supermarket Retail Experience: While desirable, not essential. We welcome candidates with no prior experience.
- Driver's License and Vehicle: A current Australian driver's license and reliable vehicle are required for this role.
- Communication and Organizational Skills: Strong communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail are essential for success in this position.
- Autonomy and Teamwork: Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team to achieve business objectives.
- Availability: Minimum of 3-4 days required availability, including Wednesdays and Thursdays.
- Competitive Hourly Rate: $31.68 per hour + $0.98 per KMs + Super.
- Referral Programs and Training: Ongoing training, recognition, and career opportunities.
- Flexible Hours: Rosters provided 5 to 10 days in advance.
