Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Consultant to join our EHS consulting team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of professional experience in health and safety management systems, auditing, risk management, process safety, property risk, dangerous goods, professional services/consulting industry, or equivalent operational health and safety experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the planning and delivery of projects involving physical and psychosocial risk management, strategy, governance, audit and analytical frameworks, culture change and leadership.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues and clients, including providing guidance and coaching to Graduates and Consultants.
  • Work closely with clients in Oceania to strategically diagnose health, safety and wellbeing challenges, designing and implementing the right solutions based on better practice and risk-based approaches.

Requirements

  • Three to five years of demonstrated experience in health and safety management systems, auditing, risk management, process safety, property risk, dangerous goods, professional services/consulting industry, or equivalent operational health and safety experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Experience working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • A curious mindset, strong desire to learn, grow and upskill.
  • Genuine interest in health, safety and/or wellbeing.
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proactive approach to take initiative and identify new opportunities.
  • Experience working well as part of a high-performing team.
  • The ability to travel intra and interstate as required.
