We are seeking an experienced Safety Advisor to join our growing regional team in Victoria. The ideal candidate will be based in or around Shepparton, Ballarat, or Bendigo and have the flexibility to work DIDO within the northern corridor of Victoria.
The successful candidate will play a critical role in driving HSEQ excellence across our projects. Key responsibilities include:
• Developing and implementing HSEQ policies and procedures that align with industry regulations
• Conducting regular audits and inspections to ensure adherence to HSEQ standards
• Collaborating with Project Managers to identify and mitigate potential risks
The ideal candidate will possess a qualification in work health and safety (minimum of Certificate IV) and have knowledge of current legislation, standards, and industry requirements. Prior experience in the construction industry and qualifications in training and assessment are highly desirable.
