Make a Difference in the Lives of Children and Adolescents

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pediatric Psychologist to join our busy team at Mediix. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will have the opportunity to work closely with children, adolescents, and their families to develop personalized treatment plans and support their emotional, social, and cognitive well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments to diagnose childhood mental health conditions
  • Develop and implement evidence-based interventions to support children and adolescents
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals to provide holistic care to patients
  • Work closely with children, adolescents, and their families to develop personalized treatment plans
Requirements:
  • Master's or Doctorate degree in Psychology, specialising in child or clinical psychology
  • Full registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
  • Experience working as a Psychologist in a pediatric or clinical setting
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of child development and mental health conditions
  • Proven experience in conducting psychological assessments and evidence-based interventions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
  • Empathy and genuine passion for working with children and their families
