Meat Inspector Career Opportunity

**About the Role**: We offer a rewarding career opportunity for Meat Inspectors across regional Australia, including Victoria, Queensland and New South Wales.

The duties of this role include:

  • Inspecting animal carcasses, meat and meat products to ensure compliance with government and industry standards with respect to quality and health.
  • Ensuring all compliance requirements of meat inspection are met.
  • Undertaking and successfully graduating from a Certificate 3 in Meat Processing (Meat Safety) or Certificate 4 in Meat Processing (Meat Safety).
  • Working in conjunction with our Process Partners to ensure continued delivery of exceptional products.

Previous experience in any of the following would be advantageous:

  • A background or previous training in a related field such as a science discipline, veterinary or animal science training.
  • Knife skills including sharpening, boning or slicing.
  • Experience in meat processing, butchery or small goods making.
