Job Description:

As a Senior Sustainability Professional, you will play a pivotal role in driving the development and growth of our new Sustainable Design division. You will be responsible for leading a team of experienced sustainability experts, working on a diverse range of commercial projects, including hospitals, aged care facilities, education institutions, shopping centers, retail outlets, and large-scale commercial buildings.

You will work closely with clients to understand their sustainability needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their goals. Your expertise will encompass various sustainability frameworks, including BREEAM, WELL, LEED, NABERS, and Green Star. You will also drive business development, leveraging your existing client network, winning new projects, and building long-term partnerships.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 7+ years' experience in ESD consulting, with a commercial construction background
  • Strong technical knowledge across sustainability frameworks: BREEAM, WELL, LEED, NABERS, Green Star
  • Demonstrated success in business development, with an existing client network you can bring with you
  • A self-starter who can work autonomously and thrives in a fast-growing, agile environment
  • Confident communicator with proven ability to win projects and lead clients through the sustainable design process
