Myki Distribution Specialist

You will be part of a collaborative team dedicated to service continuity and operational efficiency.
The role is responsible for managing distribution and inventory of Myki cards, ensuring alignment with client-defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategies that meet or exceed client KPIs, including delivery timelines
- Monitor Myki card inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability
- Analyse distribution data to forecast demand and inform inventory decisions
- Establish and maintain reporting mechanisms to communicate performance metrics
- Coordinate artwork changes in collaboration with government stakeholders
- Manage supplier relationships and contractual obligations
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of distribution processes and procedures
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management, contract administration, or project management
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Prior experience in transport ticketing is beneficial but not essential
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Proactive approach with a focus on achieving outcomes
