This is a hands-on role where cooking plays a central part of the day-to-day; from preparing meals in the kitchen, to supporting residents face-to-face, you'll be a vital part of creating places where people feel safe, supported, and truly at home.

  • Prepare and serve meals for residents, ensuring quality, safety, and dietary needs are met
  • Maintain kitchen cleanliness and uphold food safety standards

The role requires strong leadership skills to lead and coach team members, promote the community through events and resident engagement, and ensure WHS compliance across kitchen and site operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • SITE INSPECTIONS: Conduct regular inspections of the site to identify areas for improvement and ensure the highest level of resident satisfaction.
  • DAILY OPERATIONS: Support daily operations including emergency response, resident wellbeing, and providing exceptional customer service.
