The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, maintaining accurate records, and providing exceptional customer service to our employees.
We are looking for someone with excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills and be able to communicate complex information clearly and concisely.
Beyond these core responsibilities, the Payroll Administration Assistant will also play a key role in supporting the overall mission of the organization by contributing to a world where everyone has access to safe, secure, and affordable housing.
Key qualifications include:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll administration or a related field
- Proven track record of accuracy and efficiency in managing payroll processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
