Two-Year Civil Engineering Development Program

As part of our Graduate Development Program, we invite talented and motivated individuals to participate in a comprehensive training and development experience. This two-year program is specifically designed for civil engineers who have recently completed their degree or possess equivalent qualifications.
Key Responsibilities and Outcomes- Contribute to various projects including transport upgrades, geotechnical investigations, structural assessments, and sustainable water solutions
- Assist in the preparation and execution of tenders, proposals, and site visits
- Develop and refine your consulting foundation and technical knowledge over an extended period
To be eligible for this program, applicants must demonstrate a strong academic record and possess excellent communication and teamwork skills. A recent completion of a degree in civil engineering or a related field is also highly valued.
