Crangan Bay is a 600+ lot residential subdivision located in Crangan Bay NSW and is being developed by Scape Properties. ADW Johnson was engaged by Scape as the lead consultant on the project and has been responsible for full service provision across numerous residential stages.

Our Involvement

ADW Johnson has provided a full service package for the Crangan Bay residential subdivision to assist Scape Properties in creating a high-quality development. As well as managing and coordinating subconsultants on the project, we have also directly contributed to the project through the following avenues:

1. Civil Engineering Design;
2. Water and Sewer Design;
3. Design of Wastewater Pump Stations (x2);
4. Project Management from DA through to Subdivision Certificate;
5. Surveying;
6. Town Planning;
7. Tendering and Contract Administration;
8. TfNSW Intersection Design and Management.
