Quality Assurance Specialist

You will be responsible for ensuring that component deliveries with their corresponding documentation meet all requirements. This includes verifying specifications, standards, drawings, test certificates and test reports.

Candidates should have the ability to conduct incoming goods inspection as per inspection plan, engineering drawing and product specification. They must also record usage decision in the ERP system (SAP). Verify the completeness and compliance of delivery documentation (test certificates, test reports, etc.). Use electronics test equipment to ensure supplied product meets specifications. Referencing IPC, MIL, VG and DIN standards.

A key responsibility is to raise and issue detailed nonconformance reports (NCR) and/or correction action reports (CAR/8D) for nonconforming product within SAP. Support the development of incoming goods inspection plans based on a collation of internal and external specifications and requirements. Check and verify the relevance of existing incoming goods inspection plans. Perform stock sorts to segregate nonconforming product. Ensure the professional and appropriate use and storage of measuring, inspection and electronic test equipment used to undertake quality inspection activities.
