We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Youth Worker to join our team in North Brisbane. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting young people who are vulnerable and in need of assistance.

As a Youth Worker, you will be responsible for building rapport and trust with young people, acting as a role model and providing emotional and professional support. You will work collaboratively with our team of Youth Workers, Case Managers, and other community services to navigate through personal challenges and provide post-crisis support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to mentor and teach young people necessary life skills.
  • Build and maintain relationships with young people, families, and community services.
  • Contribute to a trauma-sensitive work environment and adhere to our Integrated Practice Framework.
