About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and passionate individual to join our team at The Athlete's Foot Launceston. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating an unforgettable shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide premium customer service and product knowledge to customers.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales and KPI targets.
  • Process and manage large volumes of stock.
  • Assist with maintaining store operations, including housekeeping and visual merchandising.
Requirements
  • Previous retail experience is preferred but not essential.
  • A commitment to providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive shopping experience.
  • A passion for streetwear and sneaker culture.
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced and energetic team environment.
  • Self-motivated and willing to meet/exceed sales targets and KPIs.
