Job Overview
At Glencore, we are seeking a highly skilled Auto Electrician to join our Electrical Communications section at George Fisher Mine. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a multidisciplinary team environment, ensuring the highest quality of work is maintained.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining site vehicles and equipment, working independently and as part of a trade team, and participating in continuous improvement projects. Key skills and attributes required include a trade qualification in Auto Electrical, capability in reading and interpreting auto electrical schematics, and a minimum of 2 years industry experience working as a qualified tradesperson.

About the Role
As an Auto Electrician with Glencore, you will have the opportunity to work on a range of mobile mining equipment, including Caterpillar, Sandvik, Epiroc, Normet, and Komatsu. You will be responsible for conducting fault finding on electrical systems and machines, utilizing OEM diagnostics tooling. A current Australian manual driver's license is also required.

Requirements and Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must possess a trade qualification in Auto Electrical, along with relevant industry experience. Experience with automation would be beneficial but not essential.

Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary package, estimated to be in the range of $85,000 to $110,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a generous salary, you will also receive access to employee benefits and opportunities for career development within our organization.
