Solar Power Plant Service Delivery Manager

The primary function of this role is to develop, implement and manage in-field service teams including site leaders and electrical technicians.

These teams will focus on safely and effectively operating and maintaining electrical assets of utility-scale grid-connected solar power plants across the Australian electricity network.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing a portfolio of renewable power plants (solar farms)
  • Ensuring all operations and maintenance activities are undertaken in accordance with agreed contractual scope
  • Closely monitoring the performance of the renewable power plant
  • Generating operations and maintenance reports relating to system performance

For this position, we seek an individual with:

  • Tertiary qualifications in electrical engineering or similar field
  • Experience in service, maintenance and operations within the electrical industry
  • Ability to manage skilled service delivery teams (electrical)
