Our organization is a successful manufacturer that specializes in security screen systems and complementary products.

We are currently seeking an experienced Cutting Machinist to join our team on upcoming projects in Sunnybank Hills.

This role involves ongoing work from Monday to Friday at this stage, with shift times approximating 11 AM - 7:30 PM.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct routine checks, startups, and pre-checks.
  • Set up and prepare cutting equipment.
  • Ensure the quality of products through temperature and size checks.
  • Maintain machine efficiency and smooth operation.
  • Cutting, drilling, and scribing tasks.
  • Cropping and punching activities.
  • Align dimensions according to drawings.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in plasma or guillotine operations.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Accurate use of measuring tools.
  • Ability to follow instructions accurately.
  • Current car and forklift licenses.
