Job Title: Store Consultant

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Store Consultant. As a key member of our centre's success, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and working closely with customers to deliver the ultimate storage experience.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and stakeholders. A sales and customer service orientation is also essential, along with a passion for delivering exceptional results and a motivated, proactive, and positive attitude.

  • Deliver the ultimate customer experience by supporting customers in making informed decisions about their storage needs.
  • Assist the centre in achieving operational goals and objectives.
  • Conduct centre tours and walk-throughs to showcase our facilities.
  • Maintain a safe and secure centre by adhering to health and safety procedures.
  • Manage arrears and accounts to ensure timely payments.
  • Perform general administration duties such as customer contracts, inventory management, and claims processing.
