Skilled Baker Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled baker to join our team of passionate professionals who share a passion for creating high-quality bread and other delicious products.

As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for baking and presenting products that meet customer needs, adhering to daily production schedules, and minimizing waste. You will also provide training and support to apprentices and bakers' assistants, maintain cleanliness and safety standards, and assist with stock control and production expenses.

  • Key responsibilities:
    • Baking and presenting high-quality products
    • Following daily production schedules and minimizing waste
    • Training and supporting the development of apprentices and bakers' assistants
    • Maintaining cleanliness and safety standards
    • Assisting with stock control and production expenses

Requirements:

  • 5 years of relevant experience in baking
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Comfortable working early shifts, weekends, and public holidays
  • Ability to work in a busy production environment
  • High level of pride in producing quality products
