Requirements

  • Education and Experience
    • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
    • Basic computer skills and knowledge of Dealer Management Systems.
