Job Description:
- We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to work with clients from age 6 to 65, with a range of conditions, including neurological conditions, ASD and psychosocial.
- Conduct assessments, design therapy plans and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to achieve client goals.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care.
- Conduct home visits, day centre visits, park visits and clinic room visits as required.
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy.
- Current registration with the relevant health profession association.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
