About Our Team Leader Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Team Leader to join our team. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a dedicated team and developing their skills to achieve exceptional results.

  • Liaise with clients to understand their preferences and provide updates on progress.
  • Maintain all equipment in good working order to ensure optimal performance.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a strong commitment to quality and safety, as well as the ability to motivate and develop teams.

  • Qualifications in Horticulture or Parks & Gardens would be an advantage.
  • Experience with mowing and garden maintenance tools and techniques is essential.
  • Proven team leadership experience is required, with a track record of success in motivating and developing teams.
  • A strong commitment to safety and adherence to protocols is crucial.
  • A Construction White Card or willingness to obtain one is necessary.
  • A valid Drivers' license is essential for traveling between sites.
  • A Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain one is also required.
