Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Complaints Officer. As a key member of our Intake and Complaints Resolution Group, you will be responsible for resolving complaints in a timely and effective manner.

You will work closely with complainants, people receiving care, their supporters and service providers to identify concerns and develop options to achieve resolution. This will involve analysing and interpreting information, identifying, prioritising, escalating and managing risks within your caseload.

The ideal candidate will have high level analytical and problem-solving skills, the ability to assess and manage risk, work within legislative requirements, make impartial recommendations.
