Specialist Medical Practitioner in Haematology

**Role Description:**
The Post Graduate Fellow will provide additional training to develop subspecialty interests in Haematology (Lymphoma), and further develop core clinical skills required in this area. The role requires a specialist medical practitioner who has completed advanced training in Haematology or has equivalent qualifications.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- To provide high quality clinical care, diagnostic and consultative specialty services in Haematology at the level of a Post Graduate Fellow.
- To participate in teaching, research, quality improvement and administrative activities within the Haematology Department and Concord Repatriation General Hospital as required.
- To oversee multidisciplinary management in a subspecialty lymphoma clinic which will enhance patient care through improved patient education and enhanced screening for patients to access novel therapies on clinical trials.
**Requirements:**
The successful applicant must be registered or eligible for specialist registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA), and Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians (FRACP) with recognised qualifications in Haematology and/or other equivalent specialist recognition.
