About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Content Creator to join our team at Charterhouse Recruitment (Australia). As a Content Creator, you will be responsible for developing and executing a content strategy that aligns with our organizational goals and target audience.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute a Content Strategy: Create and implement a content plan that showcases our organization's activities, events, and services.
  • Visual Content Creation: Design and produce high-quality visual content, including photos and videos, to engage our audience and promote our brand.
  • Video Production: Plan, shoot, and edit video content for various purposes, such as promotional videos, client testimonials, and educational materials.
  • Social Media Management: Manage and maintain our social media accounts, ensuring consistency in branding, voice, and messaging.
  • Content Optimization: Monitor social media trends, audience preferences, and platform algorithms to optimize content performance and engagement.
  • Community Engagement: Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster community participation.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in social media marketing and videography.
Requirements
  • Tertiary Qualifications: Tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Technical Skills: Proven experience using Adobe Creative Cloud and Canva.
  • Content Creation Experience: Experience in content creation, social media marketing, and videography.
  • Organizational Skills: High level of organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Certifications: Current National and International Police Record Check (or willingness to apply for an updated check).
