Salary Information

The successful candidate will be rewarded with an hourly rate of AU$35 - AU$37 per hour PLUS PENALTIES + SUPER. This represents a highly competitive remuneration package that reflects the importance of this role within our organization.

Job Description

As a Waste Driver, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient collection and disposal of waste materials throughout the community. Your primary responsibilities will include operating council vehicles to complete waste runs, using rear lift and side lift systems, and performing physical labouring tasks such as verge collections and loading materials into trucks.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this position, you must possess at least 2 years of experience in a similar driving or HR-related role. You should also be physically fit, hold a valid White Card, and have a current HR Licence. Additionally, a National Police Clearance (current within 12 months) and the ability to pass a drug and alcohol test are essential requirements.
