Job Description

Mondelēz International is seeking a motivated and reliable individual to join our team as a Retail Sales Support Professional. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers and ensuring our products are presented at their best in stores.

About the Role

This casual role offers flexible working hours, typically 18-22 hours per week, Tuesday to Thursday, with opportunities to work additional hours during peak periods. You will be based in the Bathurst area, with occasional travel to Cowra and Lithgow required.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and the sales team by being responsive, efficient, and effective in communication.
  2. Create engaging product displays that meet our brand standards and agreed-upon locations.
  3. Utilize impactful Point of Sale materials on displays to generate shopper interest in our products.
  4. Ensure our products are consistently available on store shelves for customers to purchase.
  5. Pursue additional opportunities to enhance customer experiences and drive sales growth.
