About the Opportunity
We're seeking a Sales and Service Administration Assistant to join our team at Kingsgrove. As a key member of our administration support team, you'll play a critical role in supporting the sales, service, and administrative teams.
About the Role
This is a permanent opportunity with a competitive salary and benefits package. You'll be responsible for a range of administration tasks, including:
- Supporting the customer service team with inbound calls and ensuring accurate information transfer.
- Managing customer portals and responding to queries from ongoing customers.
- Preparing proposals, agreements, and tenders for customers.
- Processing customer orders, managing supply chain logistics, and maintaining records.
- Assisting the Executive Team with meeting preparation, report management, and communication.
Your Skills and Qualifications

- Previous experience in administration.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
