Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Mental Health Nurse to join our team.

The role involves providing acute care by triaging patients through the emergency department, crisis phone line and managing intake for community-based patients.

In this position you will assess and stabilise patients in crisis, develop and implement care plans, and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless transitions between hospital and community services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assessing and prioritising patient needs.
  • Developing and implementing effective care plans.
  • Coordinating with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
