The Role

You'll be responsible for developing AI and ML solutions to drive business value. You'll collaborate with stakeholders, data engineers, modelers, software engineers, and analysts in cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create tailored AI and machine learning solutions to solve practical problems efficiently.
  • Evaluate model performance, stability, and scalability, ensuring they meet business requirements and standards.
  • Work with data engineering teams to deploy models on cloud platforms and ensure seamless integration into workflows.
  • Use dbt to create reusable features for the data community.
  • Monitor model performance and maintain optimisation, stability, and accuracy over time.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, advancements, and innovations in AI, machine learning, and data science, driving continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
  • Communicate technical insights and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

To succeed, you'll bring:

  • A degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
  • Hands-on experience in data science, including model development and deployment (minimum 2 years).
  • Proficiency in Python and SQL for data manipulation and machine learning model development.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business problems into data science solutions.
  • Good communication skills with the ability to present findings and technical solutions to diverse audiences.
  • Familiarity with cloud services and dbt is a plus.
