Job Summary:

The Warehouse Specialist is responsible for maintaining the efficient operation of our stockroom. This role requires a strong understanding of inventory management and logistics, as well as excellent communication skills to provide a premium consumer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day stockroom operations, including receiving and processing shipments, managing inventory levels, and ensuring accurate stock counts.
  • Collaborate with the store management team to identify areas for improvement in stockroom efficiency and implement changes to achieve operational excellence.
  • Represent the brand by providing exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a professional manner.
  • Maintain a safe and organized work environment, adhering to company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in retail or warehouse environments, preferably with inventory management responsibilities.
  • Knowledge of stockroom procedures and best practices.
