Skilled Aged Care Nurses Wanted

We are currently seeking highly skilled and compassionate Enrolled Nurses to join our team at Signature Care Operations. Our ideal candidate will have a strong passion for delivering high-quality care and making a positive impact on the lives of our residents.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for experienced Enrolled Nurses to take on a leadership role in providing clinical care and support to our residents. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day clinical operations, developing and implementing care plans, and leading a team of healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality clinical care to residents, including administering medication, wound management, and mobility assistance
- Develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs and goals of each resident
- Lead and supervise a team of healthcare professionals, including nurses and carers
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery and effective communication
- Current registration as an Enrolled Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in an Enrolled Nurse role in aged care or acute sector
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Highly developed clinical skills, with a focus on patient-centered care and safety
- Availability to work morning, afternoon, and night shifts, including weekends
- Above award salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per annum
