We are seeking an exceptional Nurse Consultant to undertake a crucial role as a Research Coordinator in our Mental Health Services department.
Key Responsibilities- Recruit eligible participants from nominated emergency departments and meticulously follow the study protocol.
- Coordinate and lead projects and/or programs that contribute clinical expertise to improve patient/client/service outcomes and/or service delivery.
- Provide management support in a specific work portfolio/s and improve staff training.
- Registered as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and hold a current practicing certificate.
- Enrolled in an approved course or hold a qualification in mental health practice.
- Effective leadership skills, including highly developed skills in communication, problem solving, conflict resolution, and negotiation.
